Silver SS - want to be different - suggestions?
Hey guys,
I currently drive a silver z28/ss clone that i really need to do some appearence mods to next spring. The SS hood needs to be replaced so i will be getting a VFN piece. I also need new wheels because there is crappy spray painted black c5 wheels on there. As far as those its between factory silver 10 spokes or deep dish ZR1's. I'm actually leaning toward the 10 spokes because i think they just look great on these cars. Id tun BFG 285's on the back of the 10 spokes with a 1" spacer.
Heres the dilemma. I'm obviously going to paint the hood silver and the wheels will be silver but i want to do something to stand out from the pack. Ive seen a few silver cars with the berger painted black and the manta painted black with a pin stripe and it looks really good however its pretty common.
I have an idea of a silver/blue theme. The issue with that is the sail panel i would think it would need to also be silver so that black doesnt over power the rest of the car. I was thinking of a darker blue manta with a pin stripe, the same color berger panel, and the same color calipers. I also think painting the sail panel the same color as the car would help this as well.
Any input or suggestions?
Thanks guys.

Damn all these good ideas!! Ive made my mind up on the silver 10 spokes for sure with at least 1.5" lowering springs. That black hood idea is cool.
What do you guys think about painting the sail silver with whatever direction i take?
