That really looks killer, but couldn't the beads on the valve covers be smoothed up a little? Maybe that's how they're supposed to be, but just a thought!

The ARE covers fit pretty good, however the one on the right hand side has a small amount of oil seeping past the gasket, i tried running a bead of silicone on it but it still seeps out. I think the cover probably isn't perfectly square and its not letting the gasket seal correctly to the head, which kind of sucks. So i am going to call them tomorrow and see if they will send me a new one or what they suggest i do.

Yes the welds could be smoothed down if you wanted them like that, look at Nineballs engine and you can see his valve covers, they are smooth. However i like they way they look as is, Welded covers like that just scream RACE to me, some people like them and some dont.

As long as the weld lines up like a stack of dimes, like these do,
then the look is OK by me.

Looks clean. Side question here, how do you hide the wires by the fender?

very clean and sharp but I have to ask I've seen it in your engine and others were did you get that piece that goes around the neck of the hose inlet that says LS1?

To hide the wires you drill a hole by the PCM and run the wires underneath the fender, there is a entire write-up on it showing step by step how to, try and do a search for the Wire Mod and you should come up with what you need. The inlet with the LS1 is part of the Meziere EWP, as far as i know this is the only way to get it, and besides that i don't think it would fit on the stock pump anyways.

As long as it doesn't rain on Saturday i will be there, i will probably get there around 10. I still haven't driven it a whole lot, but so far it is running good.
