Default Did some body color Holley valve covers on the GTO
I bought the silver covers and found them too bland so with some inspiration from a thread on LS1GTO.com I painted them body color (Brazen Orange Metalic) and they turned out great.

very sweet, but just to clarify, these holley covers wont fit ls1 style coils right, only ls3 and truck coils?

I believe that is correct. Coils with 72mm bolt spacing are what fit.
