I noticed something IS off on the fogs as well and told him to look into it last night.
One area to look at closely is the core mating area from underneath since it was removed from its original position then reattached, from what I see in the pics. It can be a bear to reattach to the core support area if the angle is not factory.

Were there ever any radius measurements taken from an original DH bumper? It looks like the shape equivalent to a wooden baseball bat for the front lip roundness.

My thoughts exactly. I'm curious to see if the issues we discussed were managed.

^^They sent us a video while we were in AZ. It's getting there (foglights fixed, more rounded, etc...) but we're going there Wed to request a few more changes (shave CAMARO and the holes, etc...).

Hey I understand why you are producing these without stock grille holes but can you guys at least provide us with a paper or cardboard template for marking and cutting our own holes out. I know I could probably do that myself but it would be nice to have one on hand.

^^No but you could easily make one off of the stock bumper you're removing

UPDATE PICS: STILL refining but much closer. Needs the factory holes shaved AND the points are STILL too angular. Softening and rounding them then it should be 100%!!! If you notice though, the foglight area is 100xs better than previously...

Why does it kind of look like they shaved way too much away from the fog lights. It doesn't look like it protrudes forward enough initially to get a uniform forward protrusion all the way around. Especially if they still have to shave away those harsh edges to round it out. Maybe they are planning to fill in the straight areas to round it out instead of shaving the corners. Does anyone else see this?
Also it could be me having just woken up half way through the night or the shading in the image or the primer color chosen but it doesn't appear flat anymore from the grille to the nose. It kind of looks like theres an angle working it's way up from the nose to the grille. I hope I'm just too tired And the angle of the pics and or shading are throwing me off
Got any pics from directly in front at ground level?

It's looking better. It almost there. I'd like to see a ground level front on shot also. And one of it standing upright on the fender side to see how the core support attachment area is coming along.

The rounding and smoothing out made a huge difference. A little more work and the smoothing out of the points and you will be golden.

So I decided I'm going with the full Sunoco camaro convert with this. Going to get a shop to cut out the center and fill in the top and bottom voids with fiberglass.
As far as the bumper foam is concerned, that's not responsible for supporting any of the bumpers weight right? Say of I just took it out or trimmed it out would I need to add any support?

^^Correct. With a FACTORY bumper you need it so the urethane doesn't sag but ours is strong enough you can just remove it completely. I did, McNord did, etc... no issues.

No solid time line yet. We just went today and we still want changes made. Just finished 2 hours of photoshopping side by sides to take back to them to get it 100%. Hopefully our customers agree an extra month for 100% accuracy is worth the wait
