Default Burning Clear Corners

I have clearcorner lenses installed, and I have read they may burn,.. might have been a packing insert. They also fog up alot. Anyone use silcone gel or so around the grommets? Did it fix the fogging? Also I changed the bulbs to xenon, will this make the burning worse? Is the burning related to the fogging? Or am I nutz?

I got the cheapest ones off ebay and they are always fogging up to. I put silicone around the grommet- now they actually fill up with water. SOmehow the silicone wouldn't allow it to seal correctly. - Where did you get you clear corners from?

I just ordered a second set. My first set from afterthoughts kept holding water and now are turning yellow after only a year.

I heard that drilling a hole in the bottom of them before installation will stop them from accumulating water.

We will see.
