How to remove Tree Sap from windshield ???

Default How to remove Tree Sap from windshield ???

I have alot! of it on my windshield. Even after I wash my car and clean the windows and winshield with a glass cleaner, I use the aerosol Invisle Glass stuff, All the little shiny dots of tree sap are still there.....

Any tips ??

A razorblade should work.

bug and tar remover...? if its everywhere a razor could take a while...

when i have this problem...i go to the high pressure do-it-yourself car wash...i hold the high pressure soap water about an inch from the windshield...and just kinda spot wash it...they come right off...works well with old bug gutts to lol roe me anyway...goodluck

Ive used rubbing alcohol in the past and it works good, god I hate tree sap, park under a tree for one day and youre doomed.

Try using "Bugs b Gone" It's made by Sea-Foam. I don't remember if it says for tree sap, but you spray it on the bug spots, let it sit for a minute wash off. It works good with a garden hose and great at the do it yourself carwash!

A nice glass polish would work too, such as "Glass Wax" and "Barkeepers Friend"
