Definitely different looking, I personally wouldn't do it mostly due to the price of getting it into the States. But, if you like the looks, and can afford the $$$ that comes with importing the export bumper into the US, more power to you. Having a unique/one-of-a-kind car is 100x better than having something that looks like everyone else's cars.

Never seen those mirrors on a european camaro. Think he installed them to see better whats comes from behind. You know the Autobahn in Germany. Looks like they came off of a bmw 3series.

i agree the mirrors are gross, but my opinion on the bumper is that its diffrent, and imagine how sweet it would look with CME and my ss wing, btw the lights are running lights, they arn't reflectors...

Yes they are lights. I think you'll have a hard time getting a Euro bumper. In the UK there's only one dealership left who supplies (not stocks, supplies) parts. It's a large Vauxhall dealership in Manchester (should be able to find it via Google), but I seriously hate to think how much it would cost.
1. Stupid UK prices (everythings expensive).
2. Shipping, it's large and bulky.
3. The Pound is very strong compared to the dollar, so even £300 would cost you $575 without any additional charges/costs.
UK numberplates have always been that size, apart from that the rear bumper is the same with the addition of the extra lights, but that's it. The front bumper is also the same it just uses a different number plate holder on the regular plastic grill. There's also an addition of sidelight bulbs in the main headlights which you don't have (UK headlights are also handed differently for the beam as we drive on the left not the right hand side of the road).
Side repeaters are also mandatory on the front wings, but they hardly alter the look of the car. The biggest appearance difference are the door mirrors. Over here they have to be foldback style ones, which incidently is quite good as some nerk in a BMW hit one of my mirrors, it folded back and only smashed the lens but had it been the US fixed style it would have probably made a real mess.
With front number plate holder:
Numer plate holder removed:
Rear bumper:
Personally I don't think the mirrors really detract from the car all that much :

The side mirrors don't fit that good with the car, but as you said "they have to be foldback style ones, which incidently is quite good as some nerk in a BMW hit one of my mirrors, it folded back and only smashed the lens but had it been the US fixed style it would have probably made a real mess", agreed!
