Default faded headlights

anyone know what to use to bring faded headlights back from the dead aside from buying new ones? They are fogged up on the outside and i thought i heard that mag polish or something clears this up.

have a good look first at your headlights, if they are having deeper problems (like mine, mine has like little cracks INSIDE the plastic) dont waist your time.
