Lets see those cowl induction/SS hoods
Post up your cowl induction hood... as in glasstek, VFN, Harwood... anything.
Post up those 3" SS hoods if anyone has those too

I love those big cowl hoods, the Glasstek's look intimidating as hell. However, I think the 5in Mike Moran hood from VFN has a little bit better look to it. Its lines are much more smooth, like a Sunoco hood on steroids. I wish I wish I wish there were more pics of the Mike Moran hood out there! I'm about to get a hood and the Mike Moran and 3in SS are the only two I'm considering, but there aren't enough pics of the Moran to make a good decision. Post Moran pics if you got them! For interior shots with Cowl hoods, search in this section under my screenname for "hoods" and I have a thread about interior shots with cowl hoods that had some pics.

as far as the finish i traded a guy my stock SS hood for it and he already had it painted red..color matched perfectly..and the fitment..well i am using my stock bolts and it causes the corners by the windsheild to stick up a little cause they are a tad too long..other than that it fits well.

Thanks for the compliments.
I spent a few months drooling over cars like pSSycotic, ProjectCamaro, and Ransom, and decided I wanted a cowl and the Sunoco is my favorite, but I really think the Glasstek hood looks badass also.
Here is what it looks like from inside:
And from the bottom:
Just in case anyone wanted to know.
