Polish or paint tailpipes I'm about to have some shiney new exhaust tips welded onto my catback. I don't want to have the dull tailpipes lessen the appearence of my car. Should I polish the pipes that lead from the catback to the tips so there kind of shiney, or just paint them flat or gloss black so they wont be an eyesore?

I thknk there might be some confusion. I mean the tailrpipes from the catback to the tips. I just spent an hour polishing the tips themselves, they are staying shiny. The pipes are not shiney however, they are rough metal. I was wondering it I should polish them or just paint them black so they wont be noticable.

I Think Some Guys Here Misunderstood You...if The Question Was To Paint Ot Leave The Tips The Aluminized Steel Look.....then I Would Polish The Exhaust Pipe Itself...i Did That To My Car...i Have A Custom Made 3 Inch Loudmouth And I Sanded And Polished The Actual Exhaust Piping...i Will Post Some Pics Of It Later

Corsa tips would look amazing on anything, including Camaros.

And go with the shiny. I think the black would look really weird. Especially on a Camaro where you could easily see the pipes.
