Put in my Sparco wheel with quick-release and the Air Bag light is obviously on now.
What's the easiest way to turn it off without having to go in behind the cluster?
Is that the only way?

I turned mine off by cutting the wire at the gang connector behind the glove box. My car is a 93 so the details may be different but here's how I did it to the best I can remember (its been about 5 years): behind the glove box there is a connector with about 20 wires on each side. The airbag light had a letter and nember molded into the plastic where the wire went in. I think it was B1 and the wire might have been brown. If you have a wiring schematic you can check it for your car. Cut the wire and the light goes out. I don't know if OBD2 will have any problems with that, none with my car. HTH.

either find the wire that goes to the light from the PCM, or fool the computer to think the airbag is still connected. Have you removed the passenger one yet? if not I would before cutting any wires.

I also have the light on after replacing both bags and SDM. Form what I have found there is a reset that needs to be done within the SDM to put the light out.For this you will need to find someone with a "Tech2" reader-scan tool.
I can not see it being a good idea to just disable the light. I would like to know if my system had a fault.

After further consideration, I agree with you guys; I'll find a Tech 2
I'll take some photos later this afternoon with the wheel on and off . . . It's my new toy
I take it off and carry it into restaurants . . . you won't believe the looks I get
EDIT: is it possible to clear the light with EFILive instead of a Tech 2?

I ordered all the parts from Sparco.
The adapter hub, the wheel, the spacer, and the quick-release.
Sparco was EXTREMELY helpful.
