I've been wanting to get a billet grille from my pewter camaro with the bowtie but can't seem to find the 69 Chevelle bowtie anywhere(for less than $50).

You won't unless it's an old beat up one.

Here's mine. It's just a vinyl. Old red one was messed up so I put on a white one from Brent Franker.

Are there any other options for a bowtie that will fit good? I know the 69 camaro emblem is too pointed to fit.

Not really since your dealing with a restoration part they are not going to be cheap. If you find one for $50 buy it, I think mine was $65-$70 from trimparts.com

Buy the polished one and then paint it black. That's really all you gotta do.

I used Duplicolor semigloss rattle can after roughing the surface with 320 grit sandpaper.
