new hood!...(Casper the Ghost)
just got home from driving to Lufkin Texas with my new hood! the hood is in excellent condition and was very easy to install. also great news is that this hood is very strong! i purchased this hood from Casper The Ghost by stumbling upon one of the WTB threads from someone else! only down fall which isn't his fault is that the color isn't exactly matched very well, but painted very well done, so not too bad. i'll have pictures in the morning with it on,

haha, yes i sure was. but i got a super great deal on this hood and just simply couldn't pass it up. the hood is on the car, but disgustingly dirty due to some bad weather and dirt build up is all over the car sucks cuz i kept it completely clean for 2 and a half weeks straight! i'm bought to head that way to wash it up and get some awesome pictures for everyone!
also does anyone know exactly what style this hood is and who made it. i'm thinking its a suncoast super z hood maybe. but if anyone knows otherwise let me AND Casper the ghost know, lol.

You may want to try giving it a GOOD detail to see if the color matches a little better. Clay, compound and polish type of detail. Your paint may have faded over the years and maybing stripping a layer of wax and clear coat might bring it to the original color that may be similar to that hood

yes Havok! i know i know. cuz someone...*cough*you*cough* lol sold a ultra z hood before i could get to it *sad face* but the hood is great. i did take my car and clean it up pretty nice. bad thing is, is that it was going to start raining so i didn't want to just jump right into a clay bar/wax wash just yet. so finally here are some decent pictures of the hood on my car. Thx again (Casper the Ghost)!
