Although the Cyber White Fog lights that I have (that's my site listed above) do have a halo with different color options, its not all that bright and there is no way to permanently set the LED color using the control panel that comes with it. Every time you turn them on, they are a different color. I left them disconnected.

I think Autozone or Pep Boys sells some, don't remember the brand though. Hella makes some as well, I think they're called Optilux. Just do a Google search for them and you should find them pretty quick.

PepBoys has the Cyber White ones that I installed. I think they changed the package and name though, but it appears to be pretty much the same thing. You can see a pic of the original package on my site (the link to the fog light install is in my previous post).
