How To Cut Your FRCs...a write up
I cut these off a template I made back in April from my friends' FRCs, and I took these measurements for another member on here not too long ago; figured I would post em to make everybodys lives a bit easier
These are rough measurements bc it's not that easy to measure this type of thing
Passenger Side
zoomed in
zoomed in so you can see the gap better
the back side trimming
Driver's Side (keep in mond, if you deleted your AIR system, you DO NOT need to trim anything except for on the back...I didn't know this )

the back
Finished cuts and filled in Corvette
remember, you're going to want to cut and test fit fairly often...especially the deeper cuts. the wire harness really gets in the way on the passenger side
bc somebody will probably ask:
How to fill in the CORVETTE:
take sand paper or a dremel (what i used) with a small sanding bit and A LOT of patience and sand/dremel out ALL of the red...seriously, you missed a spot. dont be lazy, do it all or you will regret it later when the body filler is coming out and ******* up your paint
I used Dyno-E-Lite body filler...comes in an ugly yellow/gold colored can. many people on here that do serious work prefer it over Bondo brand i believe bc it has more flex and adhesion to it, but i forgot now.
follow the instructions to mix it, and then spread it evenly making sure you are filling the grooves completely. let it dry for a few hours (or over night) and get out the 40 grit to bring it to the same level working up to about 300.
if you have any pits or holes, fill it again...repeat this process until there are not any pits/holes and you have sanded it down to a level surface
Enjoy and goodluck

90% of that is not necessary.... I got my 99+ covers to fit with 1 cut on the back of the passenger side cover, and I also relocated my evap lines so I could use the covers with one slit for fuel.
