Results from Painted Calipers on the LE!!
With the help of 99zee, I got my calipers painted and new rotors/pads installed. The casting marks on the calipers were ground off to make them smooth, then added primer, paint, decals, and cleared.
Here is what it looked like stock.
Before:
Here is after all the work was done. I think they turned out great.
After:
I would like to say thanks again Scott for all the hard work and time you put into my car. I couldn't be any happier with the results.
Next up is cme, Konis, and Strano springs

They look good Justin. I will post up the other pictures and also email them to you this weekend.
I'm with you on the Koni's and springs. I was hoping for Xmas, maybe summer??
TORCHD 02 TA: Since he was doing rotors and pads also we removed the caliper from the bracket and left the brake line attached. No need to bleed the brakes that way. Then removed the caliper bracket. Cleaned them with simple green and water, ground the casting marks, then primer, paint, decals and clear. Only problem we ran into was a frozen caliper slide pin. I can't stress enough to check these pins from time to time. The bracket had to be heated and the pin removed. I have some pictures without the wheel that shows how good they turned out.
