Default Another Halo Headlight Car :)

Just figured I'd show mine off. I got the black ones to match my stripes I was very pleased with the fit and appearance, they look much better in person than I thought they would.

The only drawback is the aftermarket bracket, don't even bother trying to use it if you order them, just swap it out with the stock bracket.

Mike, thanks for the compliments!

Ken, like JLMoses said the instructions say to wire it to your running lights but I (along with just about everyone else I know of) wired them to their fog lights. The existing switch inside will then control them and it's also cool becuase they flash on and off with the alarm.

Those black ones look great on your car! Very clean setup, your car still looks like it could have come from the factory like that.

halos on pewter and on zangels car look awesome!

they go very well with pewter and your stripes, like tony said it looks like ti could be factory.

i think on a black car they are just too much black to still see headlights, but not enough black to completely black them out... i dont know, maybe its the wheels.

Probably not the V1 wheels on the black car, i'd say its the truck grille on the car that takes the attention away from the headlights.

You really hate those billet grilles on Camaros, don't you.

I really can't decide if I like these lights or not. Does anyone have more pictures of the black/black combo?

Thanks,
Josh

They don't position the headlights right, it's almost impossible to get them adjusted to where they fit the body lines, you'll have a horrible gap with them. I'd recommend locating a stock bracket first.

CANNIBAL - You can only find the lights on eBay and they're about $200. The shortcomings include the brackets that don't fit very well and the weather stripping that you'll need to re-secure with some quality 3M adhesive instead of the crap they used when assembled. Other than that, good fit and finish.

That billet grille is probably only going to stay on till I get the SLP/WW front grille, and have it painted pretty slick. Just temporary since the black nasty OEM grille was removed.

You guys dont like the V1's??

Here are more pics of the black/black
