Question red glow headlights???

Ok I just saw FamousZ's red halos and thouhgt the red looked BAD ***!! I remember when I had my car on the trailer one night that the trucks brake lights lit my cars headlight area up in red and I liked it.

So heres the problem.. I'm not a big fan of halos so how could I pull off a red glow from my stock headlights without it looking really gay???

If you could find a place to locate the LEDs with out them being seen from the outside it definitely is possible. Never looked closely at camaro lights to see if that is possible... But to prove my point, I put 12 white 13000mcd LEDs in the headlight on my Hayabusa and located where there was no way from any angle they can be seen. Looks pretty cool when the bike's sitting....especially wiht 850 other LEDs on at the same time.

No that's no headlight on, that's the LEDs doing their job.

If you found some red LED's and could get them wired up cleanly inside the headlight housing, on a simple switch, you could light them up red, and flip them back off when you were acutually using the headlights.

^^lol, for lack of a better term....

You never know, there are people on this site that come up with crazy ideas that most people do not like, but once the finished product is in front of them they love it! Its a hit or miss.....
