Default Ordered my........

clear front signal lights today. Anyone got any tips on install or anything I should do before I install them?

yeah, drink a lil bit...that way ya wont get as pissed when it dont work exactly right :p jk.

Just have patience. Ive heard of ppl havin problems getting the old ones out, and fitting the new ones in once they unscrew 'em. Just cause its a hard location to reach and make work out.

Drill a couple small holes in the bottom of each one so they won't turn into fish tanks.

Instead of drilling, should I put some RTV sealant around them? Me...a drill...

When I tried silicone it melted from the bulb being so hot. It has worked for some though.

Someone posted some install instructions here a few weeks ago and I used them. Worked great. I can swap headlights in like 10 minutes now. Once the headlights are out, its very easy to get to the corners.

I tried going from the bottom first, what a PITA. That made me look for a how-to

Ya, I learned how to take the headlights out when I did the smoked mod. With them out, it makes is much easier to get to the foglighs also.

Haha yeah the very first time I got clear corners it took me a couple hours (mainly trying to avoid scratches). 2 sets later I'm a pro.

There is only one nut holding the headlight in place. Remove it and you have more than enough access.

I am curious how much they charged youto do that install? Drivers side want bad.. paseenger side challenged me a little..
