4L80 into 01 Z

What has to be done with the PCM to get this transmission to shift? Peopls are telling me to install a "truck" tune, others a TCM.

I had EFI Alchemy install a 4L80e tune into my PCM then my tuner tuned the shift points.

you need a segment swap done in the PCM...
