Default transmission help asap plz.

i just did an engine and tranny swap and am getting a p0740 and another code.... its the tcc pwm and the tcc solenoid....

When i put the car in drive NOTHING happens, 3 2 and 1 all feel like its stuck in 4th gear, the car pulls like crap. can barley go up a hill, when i scan it with hp tuners it always says its in first gear.... even if i am in park reverse neutral drive whatever. any ideas?

I would venture that the internal harness may be pinched between the trans case and pan as a possibility. But also make sure the harness is plugged in good
