The gap between my flexplate and converter is .211, Its an edge torque converter attached to a 4l60 going to a TCI flexplate. I called edge and the guy said any where between .180-.200 is spec because i can rev to 6900. I'm looking for some really thin hardened washers to knock it down to .170-.180ish because the last time I bolted it up it destroyed the pump. Where can I get some washers that are .03-.04 thick and hardened, the smallest I have found was .058 at a hardware store.
