you can use the stock 6.0 one used for the 4l80e, crank, spacer, flywheel,(flat flywheel) long bolts, or get the TCI one for a 4l80e, flywheel bolts to the crank, then spacer bet the flywheel and converter, to reg it
i orig had a 400 behind my 6.0, then switched to 4l80e using the same 4l80e
flywheel setup from the factory, (FTI converter) then switched to the TCI sfi setup-it was a little confusing orig, the TCI flywheel was also flat, and i was trying to use the stock spacer bet the crank/flywheel, but the TCI f/w was made thicker, with a thin spacer already attached, so it bolted right up to the crank and matched the distance of the orig so the starter was aligned-of course now w/o the fact spacer, there was a distance to be made up for the conv. snout to reg to, thats where the supplied spacer came in-they also supply the bolts, which are shorter than fact setup with spacer
there are other setups avail, like the dished ls1 flywheel and a spacer-just
the TCI f/w i got was a 4l80e replacement, insts. were a little confusing at first, said dont use the supplied spacer on LS1, but i guess they were referring to a 4l60e trans

My TCI had both old and LS converter patterns, I used a standard TH converter and bolted it right to the flexplate. The mounts were spaced out for the old style converter on the flexplate, I never needed to use a spacer. My LS swap motor also never came with a flexplate so the TCI was perfect.
