Default Help decide were to get my new 4L80E converter.

I need to get a new converter for my 4L80E transmission equip Toyota Supra Turbo and need a little help were to get it. I know is not a LS1 but I know you guy can help out.
The Supra forums is not much help on this subject do to not many Supra have a GM AOD 4L80E tranny, they do more T400 specially for drag racing.

I always read good info here about the 4L80E tranny.

Here is some info on the car:
Art Carr 4L80E transmission and 8 inch converter 4000 RPM loose converter
Rossler trans break.
About 800 WHP+125 Shot of Nitrous to spool the converter of the line.

Remember we are talking about a 2JZGTE Turbo motor with 183 cubic inches and low torque.

I need a converter that is well behave on the street and can handle wot converter lockup shift at the track.

I was thinking to give a try to the fallowing companies the claims wot shift with out a problem with their converters options.

I need a company that understand small cubic inches turbo motors like the 2JZGTE.

Thanks in advance.

You have our link wrong- Here is a 245mm 4L80 Multi

http://www.circledspecialties.com/p-...ulti-disk.aspx

And a little picture to tease with.

WOT lock at that power, you will need a multi disk.
We guarantee it will hold -
I would be happy to add you to our list of Raving Fans.

Cable bandit.
Not saying that kenny doesnt supply them with some but I supply converters for TITAN motor sports in fl.as well. If you would like to contact them speak with Nero. he is a very knowledgeable person on these motors. I am very familiar with the 2jzgte engine as we sell a lot of swap kits for these cars with glides and 400's. we are also currently working on a transbrake A340E for them as well.

We can build the converter you are looking for in a 3 disc format. Chris at circle D does as well.

Thanks,
Greg

Thanks Greg for you response good to know this info also..
I wish we had a A340E trans brake equip transmission that will hold real power at the track and real street use not like the options we have available now on the Supra world.
I have destroy BL and SP upgraded A340E option from at the track, they will not hold the abuse for long of real strip racing plus some real street use.

I will email you also the info and specs of my car to see what you can offer for my application.

Thanks again.

Jose
