lockup slipping
I just swapped in a 4000 stall into my car in place of my 3600 and now while in lockup if i try and accelerate it seems like it is slipping or cant decide if it wants to stay locked up or now. I didnt have this problem with my 3600 and i was wondering if it was in the tune or what. it locks up firm like there is no problem, i just want your input.
thanks

thats good to hear, i noticed it while driving to advanced to pick up more fluid. its topped off now but still does it. i guess its time for a tune now, this thing is A LOT loser compared to my old converter so i guess it makes sense. Im just glad its not broken.
thanks

i know for a fact that the fluid is topped off and i just got from advanced and there were no codes present. could it still be the tune. it locks up fine. it also holds lockup good at lower speeds like 40. but at highway speeds if i try to accelerate it still slips. could the lockup clutch be bad?
