4l60 vibration with lockup?
been driving my mustang for about a year and it pulls hard and smooth. so far its gone 12.40 w/ 1.72 60 foot. still have some tuning to do. but on the street when the converter locks up i get a NASTY shake. it almost feels like the tranny mount is broke and the back end of the trans is jumping up and down. but you can let off it, drop it down a gear and mash it and its smooooooth. just shakes when locked up but only under throttle cuz if your cruzing at like 70 and its locked up there is no vibration but if you try to accelerate then it shakes.
any ideas? im about to just reprogram it to never lock up.

I would guess this is more properly called "bucking" and a
problem with the engine tune at that load-point. Either
unlock earlier or make the motor like to lug better.
Though you might inspect tranny and motor mounts too.

Whats your lock up mph, rear gear ratio and tire size?
If the rpm drops down below approx 1500 rpm it's going to act like a manual trans car going 30 mph in 5th gear. Drivetrain chatter.
The TCC Min and Max duty cycle should be set to 98 also.

Drivetrain chatter? No.
