question about stall and tune on VAC mod Trans
Tune question---
I got my transmission back last night at around midnight from my builder. and i have my stall in the garage with it. Im going to start the swap tonight so that it can be ready to start breaking in tomorrow night and through the weekend.
This is a vaccum modulated transmission. So basically the computer doesnt control anything except shift points and times i believe. With that said. Ive heard that when people put a stall in, changes need to be made in the trans tune. This is a yank 3200 single disc lock up converter. What if any changes do you think ill need to make to the tune?
And do you think there would be any benefeit to me being able to lock my converter manually?? Using a toggle switch or something of the like?
Thanks for the help. Kyle
