Default difference between 4l80e and 4l60e

I starting a ls1 fox body mustang conversion and I want to use a 4l80e instaead of the 60e. I Know I will need a converter specificly for the 4l80e. IM going to order a custom harness Do I need to get them to do any thing different to the harness than if it were made to be used with a 4l60e? Do I need to use a different flex plate with the 4l80e or can I just get my converter made to use a 4l60e ls1 flex plate?
Im going to use a 2001 camaro or firebird computer that my motor came from will this computer work to control the 4l80e? If so is it going to take special tuning? I have hp tuners and plan to tune it my self.

Yes, you will need to tell the person making you a harness and programming your PCM that you plan on running a 4L80E. They are different than the -60, but the PCM can control it.
