trying to disable my PWM has been a nightmare for the past couple of weeks. i set the minimum to 98% which helped but the tcc would still slip and chatter at light throttle until i throttled up, then it would lock properly. last night i drove to san diego, and about half an hour away it started acting exactly like its supposed to. what the ****?

Line pressure follows "load" (air mass, real or calculated).
TCC duty cycle further degrades that, and there is some
busy **** going on to figure the appropriate TCC-locked
line pressure behind the scenes.
Best to set TCC min duty to 98% or so; I also like more
base line pressure than factory. Especially with an itty
bitty clutch in a race type converter.
