Default Shift kit or tune?

I am getting a tune anyway, but I was curious if anyone thinks I should or shouldn't install a shift kit in my 96 ws6. It shifts good but not firm enough, I just don't want to waist my money on a shift kit if I really don't need one.

The modified TransGo Shift kit can give you smooth part throttle shifts and quickly firm them up with more throttle. This is much better than just firming up the part throttle shifts with no change in WOT shifts via a computer modification. The Shift kit offers other changes that the computer cannot do.

depends on what your plans are or what you've done so far. anything more than an intake and full exhaust get both, if not then a tune would go a long way, save the shift kit if you need a rebuild.
