Default cause of flexplate holes getting bigger

I was getting insane shaking in the shifter area so today i dropped the trans, and found 2 of the 3 bolt holes into the flexplate that go into the converter were about 1/4-1/2" bigger then the bolt hole. Everything was tight and the bolts were not bottoming out. What would cause this?

trans is a 95 4l60e and a yank ss4000 stall, I used the bolts that came with the converter new.

Default

one hole is usually tight for alignment, then the other two have a little bit of room.
does it seem like a finished edge, or are you saying it looks as if they are ovaled out from getting smashed by the bolts? are there any markings from the heads of the bolts to show movement?
the only way for that to be is if they werent tight enough.
but like i said, you are probably fine and its how it is supposed to be.
