1994 4l60E 1 2 upshift problem. No 2nd gear??

1994 4l60E 1 2 upshift problem. No 2nd gear??
I'm working on a 94 1/2 ton 4x4 Chevy truck with 4l60E having a few problems.
(Sorry its not a fbody but its basically the same right?)
It wont up shift out of first gear unless I let completely off the gas.
If I let off the gas it will up shift but if you get back on the gas to much it will down shift back to first. If you just feather the gas to get it up to speed all is good. Also It dose not appear that the torque converter is locking up, but it is in over drive at 65 mph.
I am not sure if 2 gear is working or not. (I think its not)
Will test tomorrow in manual 2 to see what happens.

I drove it again this morning. I realized by manually shifting it that 2 and 4th gears are gone. Just got done pulling the trans and inspecting it.
The 2 4 band is bad, the 2 gear accumulator was froze in the boar. and the drum that the band rides on is shoot.
I pulled and inspected the clutches and they look good almost new. So I am planning on just fixing the drum, band, 2 4 servo, sun shell (beast), and 2nd gear accumulator.
Any thing else I should look at well its out? should I drop the valve body and take a look?
