Default shifting problems, help

I have a 2000 Ta with a ss4000 yank and had it tuned to shift at 6100 rpm but it shifts at 5500 what can I do to fix this

I would get it re-tuned. It seems that the tune might not be set up right as far as the MPH or RPM tables. Or when it was set up the wrong rear end ratio was entered or the the wrong tire size. Was this tuned to be run with NOS or just NA? IN a NOS vehicle it might shift closer to what you are looking for. Just a couple thoughts. Vince

probably in the tune. My ss3600 works fine with near stock settings. However when i spray, had issues. Took lots of trial and error to find the best settings.
