Default performabuilt or rpm??

I have a 02 camaro ss. Full bolt on right now. Runs a 12.006 at 113mph. 1.6 60ft. Still has stock 4l60 with shift kit and trans cooler. On the street does find but at the track she starting to get weak. I'm about to do h/c and maybe 100 shot... so I'm ready to take care of the tranny. I'm pretty sure I wanna stick with a 4l60. I called perforabuilt about stage 2 4l60. Then a friend told me about rpm. Idk much about them so I trying to decide which one.

rpm is one of the best builders out there. if they can make a 4l60 that can handle going 8 seconds in the 1/4 mile i think it speaks for itself. haha

Make sure when you look at one or the other you are compairing apples to apples. My vote would be RPM without a doubt.

RPM Hands down!! I had a PB level 2.. emphasis on HAD..

RPM has top notch customer service, and knows how to build a trans! Been running a Level VI T56 since 2006, and its been flawless!! Also, some of the BEST customer service Ive recieved anywhere!

I think it would be very hard to beat the level of build you would get from RPM for a 4L60E in today's market. I say that with inside knowledge of the market.

If I refer a customer for a 4L60E it is to RPM or ACE.

I also have another point to make.

In the automotive aftermarket, the REAL players are the ones who are doing R&D and coming up with the new ideas to go faster, prevent failure, etc.

If you like having the option of better parts and continuous improvement being brought to the market, you want to spend your money with the companies that are investing in, taking the risk, and spending the time to develop the parts.

RPM falls into this category, as does Circle-D for example.

Just something to think about.
