Default Spec'ing a turbo torque converter footbrake & T/brake

On a turbo set up when spec'ing a converter is the converter characteristics and spec's going to be different if you use the T/brake vs footbrake? For example if you want the best 60' times possible on a T/brake is the converter going to be set up tighter then it would be for footbraking?

On the footbrake it had a 60' of 2.13, when it shifted to 2nd the car pulled hard, it's the puff of black smoke in the vid ran 11.59 @127. Locking the converter it ran 11.44 @136

I haven't launched on the T/brake yet, my 2 step wasn't working

This is a brand new combination, 1st runs since I finished the build.
