Default Swapping 4l80e cases

What are the differences between a 94 and 99 4l80e case? I have a broken 99 4l80e with a broken case and I need to put the internals in a 94 case.

No, you do not need to do that because then you will kill your transmission. The 94 is an early model 4L80E, the 99 is a late model. Their lubrication systems are fairly different, trying to late/early parts in late/early cases will cause lube failure pretty quickly and your trans will be toast.
