Default Tbrake users, any delay when you activate?

I'm running a rossler t brake in my flt 4l65e level 7. Works and holds awesome. Only problem is when I pull up to the line and hit the tbrake button and let off the gas it creeps up alittle.

Its just feels like the driveline slack. Any one else? Any launching tips?

Yea my glide has done that in the past too. Have you wired your linelock in with tbrake so there active at the same time? Transbrake is switched so you'd turn it off in the burn out box.

I have ran the same T-Brake when we ran a 4L60E. That TB is a .500 Tree Sportsman brake and if you hit the TB button a few times just prior to staging, it will get the fluid pressure built up to the area it's needed. Another tip we found that works is to load the converter up footbraking to about 1800-2200rpm when staging (after you have cycled/purged the TB button a few times. It'll hold rock solid and there will be no delay....and you better be hanging on tight.lol.

Give that a shot and let us know how it does.

All transbrakes will take some amount of time to "set up". How long this takes depends on the design.

Another thing to be aware of is that when you lock the transbrake and it's holding, but you release the foot brake, the suspension relaxes. This may cause a car to roll slightly.
