been having some issues trying to tune for 3.73 gears and shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. i even set the mph at 57mph and the RPM at 5500 but it revs way past that as high as 6700(let off before possible catastrophic failure but fuel cut at 6850). i attached a copy of my hpt file. can anyone please see if im missing anything or a value is incorrectly adjusted?

it shifts fine at cruising speeds. havent done a part throttle 2-3 upshift yet FWIW.

heres the setup on the car:
98 firebird
motor-LQ4 mild cam 232/236 .596/.601, LT, Open Loop/MAF tune
stock 4l60e trans(~90k miles) with 10" 3200 stall
3.73 gears
