Default Adapter for 2004r to LQ9

What kind of adapter is needed to mount the 2004r torque converter to the flex plate of the LQ9?

What kind of tool and bits are used to elongate the holes in the flex plate for the tc? This would kill my dremel.

I have not used that particular one but it looks like what you need to get the job done. I use a die grinder and carbide burrs to "massage" the holes..
