Post 4l80e Shifting With Nitrous

How do you guy's feel about shooting nitrous during shifts whether it's a buildt 4l80e or stock. I know I've read that most 4l60e guys disable there nitrous between shift's by using a window switch.

Thats a pretty vague question can you please elaborate?.?. What are you trying to/debating on doing? A stock 4L80E is only going to take so much and depending upon whats done to it a built one is going to be the same deal. In my opinion if you have to turn the power off to shift something is wrong... A 4L80E is a pretty stout platform and clutches slipping while shifting shouldnt be a concern if its built properly unless you are making pretty crazy power numbers.

turning nits. off/on is a bad idea, hard on the engine
i guess your trying to ease up on the power on the shifts, either cut back on the nits. and leave it on, or build the trans to take it

Spray through the shifts without a doubt. Best friend has a rcsb fullsize truck, cam and spray with a stock 4l60e shiftkit only. Been running this setup for 3 years, went 11.2@120 about a month ago
