Default Jakes lvl5 80 slip yoke question

Been reading the stickies on this subject. I found the strange part number
u1650 and u1664 mentioned one time. Just want to comfirm that these will work on this tranny. Also, if you guys have a part number for your slip yoke, post it in here so we can get this info in the 80 swap section.

I am using a" Strange Engineering" U-1664 chrome moly, TH-400 style with 32 splines and 1350 u-joints. Nice piece. Works great on my 4L85E.

I know he mention something about the output shaft being changed/modified by them in a stickie post. Just want to make sure I order the right part. I called him today but have yet to hear back from him on this. Would like to find a few different options for people out there that don't want, or need, to throw a ton of money out there on these.
