Hi All.

Kinda going crazy on what flex plate to buy! I am installing a power glide in my camaro. Car has a 6.0 Iron block but has a callies crank in it. I keep seeing this crap about a long crankcase flange come up.

When I measure mine I get .355 from the rear main seal to the top of the flange. Then the flange it self seems to be about .235 from the cover. Is this just a standard short flange?

What SFI flex plate is needed? Im thinking its just a standard dished TCI Unit here are the pics of it.

That's a std flange.
the long flange only came on 99 2000 iron headed 6 liters and it obviously long

Thanks I had a feeling with it being a aftermarket crank that it would be the short one. But since Iv never seen the longer one in person just wanted to make sure before shelling out $250

i found out the hard way what the long one looks like....
did even know there was such a thing until i tried put my m6 on on new motor... super lame
