So how is your aftermarket trans cooler routed? did you delete and plug the original cooler in the radiator or are you running both the factory cooler in the radiator and the aftermaket cooler on front of your radiator? any pro's or cons? to running both or just one? also did you run your fatory steel lines or put in -6 or -8 push lock hose or steel braided hose? thanks matt

Plate style trans cooler on the passenger side running thru the radiator cooler (Ron Davis) then to the tranny cooler. Running 4000 convertor and the highest temps I have seen are 185*. The car has been driven in stop and go traffic in the summer months and hot lapped at the strip. Temps at the strip were 175*.
My ram air to the cooler:

I have mine right in front of the radiator. I cut the stock lines and just routed rubber hose to it. I haven't had any issues since I've had it this way.
I originally had the cooler hooked up in series with the radiator but didn't like how thigh the temps were in the summer time.
