Depends on what you mean by all billet internals.
I usually limit a TH350 to 700-800 HP range (that is a fairly serious build with billet input shaft, 36 element sprag drum, and other upgraded parts). The reason is the stock planetary assembly start to have issues.
If you are dealing with a full tilt build like a Pro-Flite or Coan XLT with billet planets, the limit would go up. But those are $6-7000 transmissions.
