I have removed a turbo 400 transmission from my S-10. It has the short tail shaft in it. What is the difference in that and the turbo 350 length wise, weight wise, and driveshaft parts, plus power gain? I have been told as much as 20 hp gain, plus the trans is lighter, but I would like to know the difference.

What am I looking at here to get this swapped over?

I don't care to have to buy parts, I just want them to be the right ones..
