Default Possible Pump Bushing Leak, Opinions?

I just bought a good 4l60 and put it in the car along with a new converter at the same time. pulled it out of the shop and went for a test drive with no problems. i get half way home (40 miles) and it starts taking a lot to keep the car going. i pull over and its dumping trans fluid out of the bell housing. I call my trans guy and he says its the front pump seal. so, i jerk the trans out, and replace the front pump seal, put it back in, same thing. i can pull the small cover off the bell housing and itll drip out.

I have a few questions before i pull this thing out again.
someone else said it could be the front pump bushing?

i noticed when i had it out last time that i could wiggle the converter back and forth just a little, and yes it was all the way in. is this normal? can the bushing be causing this?

any help will be greatly appreciated!
