Default CircleD 2E 4200 and 150 Shot of Nitrous

Hey all,

When I had CDS build my converter, Chris said it could handle a 150 shot occasionally. I'm now looking at some nitrous options and was wondering if the 150 shot would be okay? Brian or Chris?

I love it for an NA converter and would like to keep it as I'm NA most of the time.

Thanks!

My only concern with the spray is excessive slip numbers, and low rpm drop on the shift. The converter will be physically fine however. I say spray and see what happens. If you have the multi disk, you can lock the converter up during the pull and play with that.

Let us know. We don't get a lot of feedback on this converter with nitrous.

I wish I would have gone with a Circle-D converter in my car.

Now I have a burned up transmission and a burned up converter sitting in the garage, and I had to go back to my stock converter because I spent all of my cash on the other. lol

Wasted money.

Good luck with the spray.

Damn. I was just looking back through as I'm about to make a decision on the nitrous.

125 blew through? But that's on the LS3? Hmm.

If my shift points are like 7200... will that help me?

More rpm will help the converter couple, but it may not be enough. Try it out. Worst case we can do a stall change for you.
