What size transcooler and where to mount it
I'm fixing to order up the tci ssf3500 and a b&m transcooler as soon as I find out what size cooler to order. I had this size in mind, 6" x 11" x 1 1/2". Will this fit alright? Also when it comes in where do I mount it? In front of the radiator or what? Thanks alot guys.

I put my B&M cooler on the plastic directly in front of the radiator. It fit in there really well on the passenger side of the v support. I figured the air is flowing right there to the radiator so the plastic piece directly across from it must pic up some flow too. I cut out the back of the plastic where i mounted the cooler for some extra air flow.

I recently posted a different type of trans cooler/install (alterative trans cooler) I used a "frame rail" type cooler mounted near the bottom of the radiator using brackets that attach to the car using two bolts for the air dam. Pluses to this is the cooler is not attached directly to the radiator, the cooler lines can be routed around the side of the radiator, I think the install looks better, and best of all the cooler only costs $30!!
I have pics if interested.
