Default Ballooned converter?

Going to try to keep this short

On the ride home from my last dragstrip night I had a terrible driveline vibration , actually drove in 3 for about 50 miles just cause it was worse during lockup.
Then as I kept driving 90% of the vibration went away, now just a few weeks later the vibration is back but not as bad.
Not sure if it's related ,
I also noticed some fluid seepage from the trans pump area in the bell housing which is new , the trans only has about 2000 miles on it since the rebuild .

My first guess is a ballooned the converter, anyone else have any ideas ?

Hard to be sure, but here my guess:
I would first suspect the front trans bushing; this is the bushing pressed into the pump. As the converter wobbles in that worn bushing the outer seal will start to leak a bit.
While the seal can be replaced from outside the trans, replacing the bushing requires removing the pump.

Would there be any way to see if the converter is ballooned through the bell housing inspection hole ?

I'm thinking of watching it while in park or neutral, but I'm not sure what To look for.

As far as the leak, it seems to start with the vibration- the transmission is a rpm level 6 with approximately 2000 miles . Which is what leaks me to believe the converter has a problem

Does it vibrate in neutral?- if it does you could try and unbolt the conv and
push it away from the FW, then start it and see if it still vibrates
Also a good time to see if it did balloon a little
Also ck your driveshaft at the rear yoke, and front yoke play

If your Convertor ballooned,it'd take out your thrust bearing in the engine 999 times out of 1000. I'd look elsewhere.
