Torque converter question.
I have a 5.3/4l60E that I am putting in a 1996 S10. The motor is stock with the exception of a small comp cam.
I have a choice of either using the stock truck torque converter or I have a stock Camaro converter I have left from another build. Is there any difference between the two or is one better than the other?

The stock Camaro converter (1998-2002) is a 12" 1850 stall door stop.
If you want to keep your vehicle mild, go with a 3K stall, 2.5 STR. Yank makes a great unit.
